Steven "Tyler" Swain has practiced at the firm now known as the Swain Law Firm, P.C. since 1998. He is an honors graduate of Baylor University and earned his law degree from the South Texas College of Law in 1996.
His practice is primarily devoted to probate and estate planning. Tyler also serves as co-counsel with plaintiffs' firms in multi-million dollar civil litigation and has earned a reputation among his colleagues as a skillful negotiator and a careful navigator of the Texas probate courts.
